Hi all
I am going away for a short while without the car, and don't have a secure place to lay her up.
I have a Cat 1 alarm, but I'm sure they can be beaten.
Anyway, if some '******' should try to steal my pride & joy, I would like to make it as hard as possible for them.
Please bear in mind, that I will have about 5 mins to do whatever it is I need to do, and don't want any engine damage should they get as far as trying to start it.
Any suggestions???
Cheers
Huw

Take the ECU with you.
Take a coil pack/HT lead with you.

Well, it's a start...

Unplug the crank sensor, takes 30 secs, and they'd probably not spot it, if they looked!
