Clutch has just started slipping so I need a good supplier of an AP organic clutch and a release bearing, for a version 5 STI, cheers cal

I would personally recommend anywhere other than TSL. When i got mine they sent the wrong friction plate, only found out after having it fitted and doing 5 miles of major juddering!

may sound stupid but how can you tell when the clutch is slipping ive never had clutch trouble on my cars so i dont no, only ask cause mines on 97.5k miles on original clutch so it must be on its way out soon

Stick it in 4th will cruising and drop the hammer, if it then does an impression of an AT transmission in kick down mode the clutch is focked

Would be interested too, as min has started to (very occasionally) slip, so I need to do some research on prices (and find out if it is knackered)

Hi David, I won't waste your time yet as my clutch as far as I can tell is fine. I will no doubt in the near future need another as 1/4 miles and Santa pod are becoming a bit of a habit now, so I will let you know if thats ok.
