If you go by 2ml/litre then 100ml per tank full is about correct. But the bottle is only 300ml (iirc). So your £13 bottle does 3 tanks or £4.33 per tank. Or use 1ml/litre and you'll be at 6 tanks/£2.17 per tank.
but which one black, yellow, green? what differences will I see when using optimax or when using SUL (only have BP SUL within 15 mile radius and even then its not ultimate)
I used 75ml per 50 litres in my STi and never had any knock issues. I have had the car remaped for plain Optimax now, but just to be extra safe i will use 50ml per 50 litres, doubling this dose up on a trackday. If you use a large amount of NF mix you will kill the spark plugs prematurely.
It works out pretty good value for money based on these dosages. Glad to have helped HQ.
OK so next question: What do you guys do to measure out 50, 60, 75 ml? I mean, I have the cap of a sure deodarant in my boot as I know it measures 50ml.
I use a 300ml marked jug (designed for baking etc) and keep my old bottles, when they are empty i just pour the NF in the jug then fill each empty bottle with the amount i need and keep those in the car.
