Is this Turbo Problem

Still not found out what is causing the problem surly someone must no something about it

I would think the only way a considerable amount of oil would pass through the turbocharger would be if the seals are shot. Send it back for investigation.

First of all, are you absolutely sure you are getting an oil feed to the turbo? Even with a shot turbo seal you will still have a massive flow of oil out of the turbo bearing exit and back into the sump, it would only take a minute or so of running to empty the sump if that pipe failed.

You have connected the turbo oil feed up properly? If you have i would remove the oil feed from the turbo and when stone cold crank or start the engine and check oil is flowing. Obviously catch the oil and dont rev the engine, so the turbo isnt spinning up. Do this over a very short time so you dont damage the turbo bearing if it does spin up slightly at idle or cranking.
