So you want to change the cams, and maybe upgrade the springs and other parts to take the higher lift?
This is what I have done, I had cams reground by Piper Cams in the UK, double springs that allow lots of lift, and new retainers to suit the springs.
If you have Euro spec heads with over bucket shim followers, then you may want to upgrade the followers. Piper can I believe also supply them.
The whole setup cost me about £600, which is half the price of the JUN kit. I also have the freedom of specifiying my profiles, the EVO boys certainly rate the Piper profiles over anything that Japan produces incuding HKS and JUN.
