My MY00 Impreza "Fidgets/wobbles" on full lock?

I've noticed that on full lock my scoob tends to wobble or fidget about when turning. Its not always full lock either sometimes I will be going round a roundabout and the front wheel (usually LHS)seems to move a little bit.
At slow speeds turning right I can see as if it has a high point and the LH side of the car will hop a little.
Any ideas or is this normal.
