I have 205 45 17 asimetrico tyres on at the moment looking to change looking at the new avon zz3 or the new perelli nero can anyone advise me on both makes of tyre.Please could you post on here because my email wont recieve at the moment thanks for your help Darren

 

the avons are crap m8, don't bother.
pirellis are fine and if your on a budget toyo's are worth looking at

 

Actually the ZZ3 has some good reviews in the Tyres & Brakes forum and in this month's True Grip magazine. It's the ZZ1 that is universally condemned as an awful tyre.

I hope the ZZ3 is good - I'm having a set fitted later this week

About £90/corner from Micheldever - so yes, they're a bit cheaper than most but comparable to the Toyo T1-S that I have at the moment. Will report back in a few weeks once they've been fitted and scrubbed in properly.
