Went to Subaru agents for replacement key which they ( Monty's of Sheffield) cut on site , the mechanic came to program the key via the select port but it doesnt seem to power his diags machine up.
I have checked all the connections on the ecu and they seem ok anyone any ideas ?
Or details of pinouts / connections
Car is a MY98 uk wagon
