Leaking Power Steering Fluid !!

Nearly lost all my power steering fluid ,fluid is leaking out of the back of the pump just below resovoir .There is a electrical wire that goes to the pump , where the wire goes into it is where the fluid is leaking from .Any ideas what to do ? is it a seal i can change if so what neads to come off ? Also what is the wire for ?

The wire that comes off is a earth wire i think , this is where it is leaking from can it be fixed ?

Sorry forgot to say it is a 93 wrx as i said it is pooring out of where the wire goes into the pump body on the back.

It's common for the 'O' ring on the bottom of the resevoir to leak,could it be this?
