Yes, but it is reputed to be a little larger, so it could need slight adjustments to boost control - nothing a bit of restrictor alteration wouldn't cure, or a Dawes, or remap.

Thanks for the speedy response John. Restrictor or Dawes you say? I dont have a boost gauge so would need to get one of those as well, is the restrictor option easier?

Not certain of the detail changes, but they do mean that the bugeye is able to hold boost a bit longer. At the risk of stating the obvious, that must mean either compressor map stretched a little to the right or less backpressure and hence higher VE at 300CFM+ flows. No idea which?
I know RR figures don't mean a lot, but several bugs have achieved mid-high 290s at PE, and one I know even got over 310 there Can't remember ever seeing a classic reach 290 on standard TD04.
