deos anyone know whats the best oil to put in legacy 2ltr turbo to reduce tapit noise

You can always use your "normal" oil ansd simply use an "oil addative", like "Forte top end treatment" which is quite good at cleaning out the oil laquers which cause the tappets to block and sound noisey.

As many posts say Mobil Motorsport 15W-50 or Castrol RS 10W-60 are the way to go.
