jacking points
suggest you use the chassis rails,but never use any of the lower suspension arms,they will not take the weight.
"IF" using the sill points, make sure you use the correct adaptor that fits the sill edge and not simply squashes it flat when you attempt to lift.

Have a look here. You will find links to some workshop manuals. I think the front trolley jacking point is just behind the sump, rear is the differential. Safety stands go under the chassis rails.
Anyway the workshop manual will have the proper answer!
