I'm at about the same stage as you and will be looking at the following:
Uprated fuel pump/regulator from Lateral Performance (for safety's sake)
Blitz 550 injectors (already bought from a group buy plus adaptors from Pavlo)
FMIC (not decided which one yet, I'm a cheapskate so it'll have to be cheap)
Some form of remap (already have a ScoobyECU, not sure what to do next, but don't really want to spend £1000 on an aftermarket ECU so I might ask Pavlo very nicely if he can sort a custom map for me)
Ported ceramic coated headers and up-pipe (I can't be arsed with wrapping, especially as the wrap retains water and this is my daily driver and the price difference is small enough for me not to care)
Oil cooler (again for safety)
Target power is 350 but I'm not sure this combo is enough for that (probably more like 330-ish). I don't want to run octane boosters (as I said, this is my daily driver) but I may run to water injection just in case...
Looking beyond that, I intend to fit an EJ257 block, but stick to 350bhp-ish but with a shed-load of torque.

Depends on what you are trying to achieve. Here's a brief list:-
1-Uprated fuel pump and Fuel Pressure regulator
2-Bigger injectors
3-Map sensor
4-Either custom mapped scoobyecu or standalone aftermarket ecu
5-Either bigger TMIC or FMIC
6-TD05/06 FE Turbo
7-Headers
8-Water Injection
Not forgetting of course knocklink and lambdalink.
Cheers

Thx guys that give me sum ideas.
I think i will go for safety items 1st seen as it is a my93!
Prob fuel pump and oil cooler
Then bigger injectors - any ideas on suitable one's not going OTT!
Out of curiousity what turbo will be on my car? from previous threads and what i can make out its a TD05 is this right?Would like a FMIC but seems big money for what i understand as more looks than performance benefits - any 1 shed more light on this subject!?

As far as bigger injectors go 440's and 550's seem to be the optimum, currently I am using 550's An FMIC will give you much more scope for further modifications but even with your current setup noticeable improvements will be gained due to the more efficient charge air cooling. Your turbo I believe is a TD05

There is currently a group buy on injectors HERE To run these you will need to custom remap the scoobyecu or purchase a standalone. Also you will require the uprated fuel pump and regulator. These along with an uprated TMIC or FMIC will allow you to run higher boost with a reasonable safety margin which will give you more hp There is also a group buy on Front Mount Intercoolers HERE
With regards to running with 550's, my motor seems to run smoother and is much more responsive but my scoobyecu has been custom mapped for these injectors
Cheers
