does anyone recognise this problem?

there is a strange noise when i turn to the right it sounds like a rubbing or grinding noise coming form the passanger side front wheel but its not always there but can be heard quite loud when turning at slower speeds my machanic he says its not the wheel bearing starting to worry now.. the cars a 93 wrx its gone in today for a clutch so i will soon know if its the drive shaft.

has anyone had a similar prob or any idea what it is and what i can look for while its on the ramps?

any insight would be appriciated.
