well..2 weeks after re-sealing my sunroof rails after getting a leak, its started again car is legacy turbo

any other ideas on what it can be, im a bit annoyed now

Have you checked the drain pipes,making sure there is no blockages?
Or check the connection between the drain pipes and the sunroof cassette, might be leaking from those joints.

well, drain pipes appeared fine, not i did not blast them with compressed air or anything...it appears to me the water is coming in the top left and top right corners only!

i must admit, when i look at the profile of the sunroof when closed, it does appear slightly sunk at the front, though this should not matter should it if drainage works?

this is a real @rse to try to sort out, im losing my marbles with it

can anyone send me a photo of their legacy sunroof, open, shots of the front section please to see if mine appears different in any way!

i dont know what else to do now

has the seal got a sort of green mossy type dirt on it if it has try cleaning it off.

nah, the seals look ok, i have re-done them since it first started leaking, so i know they are fine...i would really like some phots of a legacy sunroof, to see if the front end looks different to mine, maybe a historical problem, i dont know!

I got thr same problem. doesn't happen all the time..... very inconsistant..... genereally if i haven't used the car for a while and it's been raining ALOT.....

hadn't used the car for a week... day before yesterday I had to move it for some reason... then yesterday went to take it out for a spin and the driver seat was soaking..

all down the drivers side of the head bit was soaking and had been dripping over night....

need to check it all out to day.......

and to top it all........... got a punture yesterday!!!! bugger

I'll try and pos a piccie of me roof!!
