What's the other dipstick for , located somewhere under the TMIC?

Oh, and thats where you fill it up too, as & when required

Gearbox oil was renewed by Subaru at Service 5 months ago, then they rebuilt the gearbox a few weeks ago under warranty - so I would've hoped it'd be OK
