>150 at wheels . . .
My MY98 with just a decat centre section and PPP backbox recently did 171 at the wheels.
Based on a typical 25% scooby power loss thats about 230-235 at the flywheel, so I'm not sure how you equate 150 wheels to 255 at the flywheel, I assume 150BHP is a typo ? should be 180 ?

Just wondering what power my 95 wagon is with the following mods as there's no rolling road near me.
Full s/s magnex de-cat.
Green panel filter.
Scoobychip.
uk300 top mount intercooler and samco y piece.
boost set at 16 psi.
forge dv.
earthing mod.
new coils and plugs.
always run on optimax.

Your car started with 208bhp and 201lbsft (roughly)
I would GUESS that you are probably somewhere between 260 and 280bhp and perhaps 230-250lbsft.
You do get a fair bit of variation depending on how good the engine is obviously, and it depends on whose rollers you use, but that's probably not a million miles away IMHO.

MY 96 uk with full decat, panel filter and 16psi map produced 255.5 bhp at flywheel and 150 at wheels, 228 lbft torque.
At powerstation recently.
This should be used as a guide only every car is different and each rolling road will differ slightly. But will give you an idea.
I can stay with my mates sti 6 on a long straight which is chucking out 290bhp, but he is changing gear more than me!

Was also running similar mods until the FMIC I just added and also estimate similar values.. 280 max..
Can do a 330ci BMW but my mates M3 which has 321bhp left me by about a car length over about an 1/8miles standing start.

Yep, Centre Cat still there!
Next to come off I suppose.
Scooby is fed Opimax only but no booster of any description.
Only get 1 green light on knocklink, most ever (so far) has been 2 greens.
Don't know what to do next to get power up ? Ideally looking for 280

Arn't HKS downpipes the ones with the closed kneck i.e no different to standard but with the CAT removed.
With a 14psi map I got 255BHP and 230ft/lb torque with Centre, Rear and ITG. Downpipe was standard Subaru.
I would expect a good open kneck or twin dump to add anout 10-15BHP to the above.
This was at Tuning Japanese on my previous Scoob.

I think Scott has hit the nail on the head there!
Get that downpipe and centre changed!
Although all cars are different and another might produce that figure with a decent downpipe and centre etc..
Pot luck to an extent.

150 bhp at the wheels is correct. I am losing around 100bhp from the flywheel to the wheels. This is consistant with my earlier rr session. I have only used it as a relative increse not as an absolute power figure. I could take it to another rolling road and get a different reading. It is a can of worms with many discussions on the differences between rr's and engine dynos etc (do a search). Mine was done at power station see all the other dyno results in dynomite scoobies on front page of scoobynet site.
It did ok compared to the other uk cars on there.
The real test is how it drives on the road.
