Thumbs up

Just been to Tileys open day and must say what a brilliant dealer they are compared to others. Previous garages I’ve used namely a Ford garage in Yate make you feel like they're doing you a favour. I bought my old shape turbo from them in January. Had one or two minor faults that were rectified immediately. Phoned them a few weeks ago at 8am on a Monday morning, as I thought a knocking from the rear strut was getting worse. I had to travel around the country all that week and was worried. Within an hour of phoning them my car was on the ramps and being looked at. I had to drive 20 miles first, so this was splendid. They stripped the rear suspension and had a look. About an hour later, the Engineer came over and said they’d found the “fault”. It was a metal inverter I keep in the jack pocket knocking against the jack. Whoops!!!! Felt a bit plonker to say the least. Have phoned them before and been greeted with hello Phill, hows it going? What have you broken now? I like that a dealer that still remembers you name, after the sale has been completed!!

My mate came to the open day with his P1 that he got from another dealer in London after selling his TVR.

He fell in love with a set of Pro-drive disks and had to have them. Fair play they immediately fitted them, along with a Scooby Sport Exhaust. They even replaced the rear pads F.O.C.

It's a pleasure doing business with them. I'd recommend them to everyone.

Had a few freebies as well. The calendar looks excellent on the wall, next to the pictures of the family!!! Wife blagged the diary

Anyway, keep up the good work lads and ladies.

If you thinking of buying a Scooby come to Bristol and they'll sort you out.

Cheers Phill C

Whilst I've never availed myself of their services (as I run an STi 5) Iwould compliment them as well.

Had a guy over from Ireland for a Link upgrade, during the mapping process his turbo to intercooler pipe split, rang round all the local dealers (Simpsons, Whites etc) to no avail. )Rang Tileys outside "normal" hours. Ring you back was the response. Whats more they did, a Director no less, she was concerned to know about the problem and how they could be of help, with thanks to Moray who acted as taxi, a replacement pipe was collected and fitted that evening. next day, guess what, same thing with the new pipe, once again Tileys stepped into the breach and supplied a replacement.

So no doubt abaout it, Tileys are a dealer who do care about Subaru owners whom ever.

What more can I say ?

I've used there services for the last four years and you're made to feel one of the family. I feel i'm dealing with friends when I visit.

Last year i had the chance to buy out of my co' car and did all the sums and bought a VW Golf from the deal my Co' offered. Well, this really is an eye opener. The sales girl that sold the car is now not really interested although i've had a few niggles. Wouldn't go as far as saying I get discurtious service but it doesn't feel friendly. I've now found an independent garage in Fishponds to service the car because I don't want to give that VW dealer any more of my hard earned !(warranty is o.k)

Keep up the good work Tileys.

Steve.

I was with Babber on Saturday had a really good laugh at Tileys nothing seems too much trouble I have had many dealings with main dealers over the years inc top German ones that cost loads and I think Tileys are by far the most enthuiastic and helpfull.
Cheers to them

Steve b, what a great idea . We could
send them flowers and chocolates and buy them
little presents when they're feeling a bit
low . Then once a month they could get stroppy with us all and not speak for a week.

Sound familiar ???

I think they're good chaps & chappesses too. Always helpful.

I thought that roasted pig on the spit looked a bit gory though.

The Pig gory you must be joking. I asked for one of the eyeballs but the lads said he was keeping them for Ron. The pork was a pleasure to eat I could have stayed the whole weekend eating it. Oh yea I did.
