Holes in the floorpan

After replacing the standard Philips ICE in my car with some Alpine stuff, I needed to remove the CD Changer fitted under the passenger seat by the dealer.
After I removed the unit I noticed that they had used self-taping screws to secure the changer to the floorpan. Now that it's gone I have 4 screw holes in the bottom of the car.
Should I be worried about this? How can I seal the holes properly?
Thanks in advance,
Stefan

Silicone sealer will not stand the weathering under the car . Your best bet would be to use a windscreen type sealer in the holes and refit the screws back into the holes ( they'll be hidden by the seat ) .

Y not get some cold steel ??
Its a paste that you mix and basicaly it sets like steel, the makers claim you can grind it, drill it etc so its should be stronge enough.
Got mine from local car parts shop.
