Turbo lag when cold??

Only noticed this last few days the car seem to hold back alot when its cold but after a couple of miles its back to normal any ideas?

That would be it trying to tell you to drive slower until it's properly warm.....

Cars generally do lag power when they are cold... you should be letting the car warm up like all scoobynetters are RIGOUROSLY advised to do
If its fine when warm i wouldn't worry too much

cold oil = higher viscosity = slower spool-up of turbo
also is harder to pump round engine (more resistant to motion) and other bits don't move as easily due to being in "gloop"
which would you rather do - slide in treacle or baby oil?

Yup its an oil viscocity thing, you shouldn't be boosting the car till oil is at least 80 deg centigrade though. (about 6-8 miles).
