Which Fuse ???

I'm about to fit an Alarm to my scoobie but I need two questions answered first.
1. Fuse 30 in the Engine Compartment is marked as Clock + Room Light, does this mean the interior light ?
2. Fuse 13 of the inside fuse box is marked Cooling Fan, is the the engine cooling fan ?
