My scoobs engines compartment is full of mud after some off road driving (the mud protector was not so effective).
My dealer refused to steam clean the engine for two reasons: uno the electrical system can bugger up inc ECU and secondly the engine is protected by special aluminum anti rust compound. Now does this sound reasonable and if so where can I get this compound to re-apply ito engine. Also some mud has touched the timing belt, is this a problem? Thanks
