Living in Johannesburg,South Africa means we only have access to 91 octane unleaded fuel, the accompanying problems thereof are well known. I guess there are two options: 1. Find an octane booster for unleaded fuel (an additive) or 2. convert to leaded fuel of which there are higher octanes available locally. I am led to believe there are 3 problems associated with leaded fuel ie the cat converter, the oxygen sensor and that lead will attack one of the materials in the piston rings over time. Does anyone have any answers? PLEASE!!!!
