my classic has a few rattles here and there that I'm sure are common to most cars.

anyone with any knowledge about particularly bits prone to rattling lets hear them and how to solve them. my front doors seem to be the worst offenders although im sure this is linked to the speaker volume!

I thought I had a front door rattle, but it wasnt!
next time you are out, with a passenger, and you hear it get the mate to hold down the vent under the window.
right on the passengers side where it ends, push down on the grill just inside the vent
secondly, the rear door rattle is actually the heated rear window connection vibrating, I think Im going to trim a corn plaster and use it to wedge the gap and stop it rattling...

i have one coming from the back of mine cant work it out yet....

There other one ive just solved, coming from the front passanger area. The red button you push to release the passanger seatbelt was rattling. Realised when was no rattle when i had a passanger. Put a thin piece of sticky sided foam inside the seatbelt catch.

No the one at the rear is bugging me.

Eh? The easiest way to stop the jack making any noise is just to open it slightly so it's nice and firm in the mounting bracket!
