fuel cut

i have a 93 wrx import with a full magnex de-cat. the car used to have a hks electronic boost controller as i found the box pipes and wiring going to dash but no controller so on a service i had it taken out.the nightmare is the garage overfilled with oil.the car started cutting out under heavy acceleration. i dropped oil back to half dip stick cycled solenoid cleaned pipes reset ecu tried everything but car still does it. if i gently press throttle power comes in smooth and no problems at all.the only other thing i have noticed is my idle'ing coming to a full stop is sometimes slightly higher than normal.my main concern is that when the controller got taken out the pipes were not replaced to right place.my pipes are going from solenoid like this:
top of solenoid going to middle port of manifold with boost gauge tapped off it
next one down goes to acuator
bottom one goes nowhere as i have induction kit
above the solenoid is another thing with a black valve thing at back and the turbo pipe is connected to it.
and finally most of the time i use optimax.
any help would be most appreciated and sorry for post being so long but i wanted to include as much as i can.thanx in advance.
