Question

I have a dawes boost controller and fuel cut eliminator, currently running at 16psi on full boost.I get no fuel cut until in 5th gear were it sometimes peaks over 16psi even upto 17psi. Iam having a full de cat fitted soon and i already have a blitz sus,Can anyone tell me if going upto 17psi is safe on a My97(uk) .I have been running on 16psi with fuel cut eliminator for about a month now havent come accross any problems(knocking etc..).

You need to check to see if your running lean. Run it to lean and you'll kill the engine.
