Car: 1994 WRX, Pretty much standard

Problem: Very high emmsissions

Already tried:
ECU
Exhaust
Air flow meter
Air filter
Lambda Sensor
Checked all vacum hoses etc

AAAAARGGHHHHH!

ANY SUGGESTIONS PEEPS?

whqt emmissions are reading high?
is it 02 or Hc's?

If hc's high, then could be down to oil burning/consumption withing the engine cylinders, in which case its engine rebuild time and not so easliy curable with fitting of sensors.

O2 mate so i think its got to be a sensor or something rather than engine wear

is it only O2, maybe the cats are going off and not using the o2 to recombine ?

Not sure if this could happen, just a thought.
