Just fitted a boost gauge and wanted to know what readings its supposed to give, just wanting to check theres no leaks..

on idle its between -6 & -8 psi

1st gear max 12 psi
2nd,3rd max 14.5 psi
(havent had enough road to try 4th & 5th yet)

normal granny driving it sits at 0

its a 2001 WRX are these readings what should be expected ???

Wink

Ive had mine on for a few weeks now and asked the same question. Had the same kind of readings and all the replies confirmed these were normal. Which was a relief!

Check the conection to the back of the guage, you shouldn't hear anything from it.
