Does anyone out there know how to remove the speed limiter on my Jap import `94 WRX Impreza wagon. It is restricted to 112 mph

There are speed limiter removers around for not much money, but your best bet would be to go for a ScoobyEcu remap. Speed limit removal, with an increase 20-30hp side effect

yeah.. power steering hose emptied onto headers.. minor wiring and pipe damage.
