Bypass hose in Subaru Loyale

All my hoses to my cooling system are going bad and there's one that I can't figure out how to get to. It's the bypass hose and it's under the A/C compressor. I dont want to start messing with A/C parts until I know what to do. Any insight on this one would be appreciated.
