Hi,
I have an 01 WRX which is in standard form apart from a Hayward and Scott back box. I am thinking of fitting a downpipe and centre decat pipe. I just wondered if anyone knows if there are any problem in doing this. I know I will have to fit a mod to sort out the OBD error code. Can it cause any harm to the engine in any way, over boost etc. I know the figures that the manufactures of such products quote but do they really make that much difference. Thanks for any advice you can give.

Wink

They make a massive difference especially with the downpipe, pto 15bhp & the turbo spools in around 500-800 rpm sooner.

No long term damage done, just add the remaining H&S parts & enjoy, you'll see the car running at C 265 bhp with a full system....

I know from experience that a H&S will fit directly onto the prodrive backbox. Call Ian at H&S on 01268 727256...

Great system, great service, fantastic product....
