Lap Belt Question - Where is it?

Got a UK 94 and no visible lap belt, should it have one or at least the fixings for one?

Check it's not down underneath the rear seat.

unbolted seat, no belt

where should the fixings be?

anyone got a spare one and bolts etc for sale?
