can anyone help me agaive a 94 wrx with a few mods ie ehaust with de cat induction kit superchip etc the prob is under hard accelaration around 5 k on the revs i get a sudden jolt in me seat as though engine cutting and under hard accelaration it seems to shudder as though it wants more , when i got the car i was running it on the wrong fuel ,so used it up and refilled with optimax ,but the problem still therre , has anyone any ideas, ill be getting a boost gauge and a knocklink.soon but just wondering if anyone can help me with the problem , the car seemed ok when i first got it but it seems to have gone haywire since using the wrong fuel and is there anyway of checking if its overboosting without a boost gauge ,help

 

JUST BEEN READING OTHER THREADS I WONDER IF IT COULD BE A PROBLEM WITH THE DUMP VALVE IVE GOT FITTED AS THIS IS INTERLINKED WITH THE BOOST CONTROL SOLENOID ,AND IVE NOTICED IT SEEMS TO OF GOT AWFULLY LOUDER WHEN CHANGING GEAR OR IS THIS JUST WISHFUL THINKING ?
