Am about to install a Blitz SBC-DC into my WRX MY02 with decat and VF22. With an EBC, the ECU looses its ability to control the boost. Is there potential risk that the engine runs lean at part throttle and with high boost? Also, can it potentially run lean at high rpm as well? I intend to run 1.1 bar.

Any comments will help.. cheers..

You may need to adjust the AFR as well. I would highly recommend and ECUTEK remap as the VF22 has very different spool characteristics to the std. TD04.
