i have got a 1994 impreza the problem is when i put my foot on the brakes i am geting vibration. Someone who had the car before me put crossed + drilled disks on is this normal off the disks.

No, its not normal.
You could try removeing the discs and make sure that the mating surface on hub and disc is realy clean, then refit.
If you still have a judder or vibration under braking after this, one of the discs is probebly warped so throw them in the nettles and get new!
