Mine was fitted to the car when I bought it, Ive also got a full decat as well and it pulls quite well
The last time I had it on a rolling road it did 241 bhp but that was before the decat down pipe, its going on the rollers again next month so it will be nice to see if there is much improvment.
A couple of people have driven my car and they say it "feels" more powerfull than there standard cars but ive never driven a totaly standard Inpreza so i cant realy comment on that.

Looks nice.
Have you thought about some other ECU rather than a PPP one ?
As you can only fit a 98 prodrive ECU in the car i bet its going to be hard finding one.
How many 98 Imprezas were fitted with a PPP ? If you had a 97 then you could get a 95 to 97 or if you had a 99 then you could get a 99 to 2000 ecu but 98's are on their own

I have to say that all you are showing is the case! Yes it has the pink badge etc but u dont have to have the case to have a ppp ecu. I dont know what the difference is on the board im sure there is one but it looked pretty similar to me... I wouldnt trust the case alone imho.

Sorry to hi-jack thread!!
Paul hows things, good to know your still around, hadn't seen anything from you for a while, and with the engine problem you had (or thought you had judging by the 'tensioner' post) i didn't want to hassle you. Wanna arrange to head up and swap ECU cases over with you, if its OK. Been trying to buy one for yonks, but the only joy I've had so far, was a joker who wanted £75!!

Will mail you in a couple of days incase you don't revisit this thread.
