Just bought one of these and it has the red spring... can't remember where I heard it, but think they can come with other coloured springs such as blue...

which is the louder one - red or blue?

Cheers
Mike

Ah, what is the red one like before I fit it?

How much is a blue spring, and how much do they cost?

With the red spring it will only whoosh when you are booting it. If you drop a mail to Forge, they will pop a blue spring in the post FOC and you will then have plenty of whoosh

Got an e-mail back from Forge...

Mike
I have to suggest to you that if your valve is working correctly , dumping with no tick over issues etc that you leave the spring as it is , There are many customers who have been playing with the springs , this is not always necessary.

I phoned Forge up and they said the same thing to me.

A couple of days later I called again and said to just send me one. Arrived next day FOC.

Just politely insist
