Question

That a failing clutch can cause a vibration through the drivetrain and car? It has recently started squeeling on hill starts so thats good enough reason to change it, but I want to find out if the vibration could be linked or wether i'm gonna be told that the gearbox or diff or something else is going. Gearbox doesn't crunch BTW. The vibration appears at about 3000rpm on part throttle in 4th or 5th gears. However, if i'm hard on the accelerator, there is no vibration. Any advice appreciated.

Edited to say its a MY93 WRX. Standard motor. Full decat.
