Having colour coding done and need to remove rear bumper skin to be replaced by newer style skin. Is it best to remove whole bumper, take the spats off then put the new bumper on the hanger and back on. Or is there a way of taking only the skin off, then spats and replacing them directly with the new skin?
Also, any advice on the side skirts, and how not to break the clips, or where to buy them!!!!!

i had a lot of trouble getitng mine off

take out the bolts, take out the plasic clips under neath (i broke them lol but i replaced them with thick zipties on refitting) and then slide them backwards towards the rear and they come off

the skirts
i just pulled them off and none of them broke
i broke one putting them back on tho lol
