Can anyone tell me how to do an ECU reset on my MY02 WRX as the underdash wiring is rather different to my MY99 Turbo and the black and green wires don't seem to be there?
Someone told me it can't be reset like the older cars, is this true?

If you're only doing a reset to compensate for the way the old ECU gradually retarded the ignition in reaction to poor fuel - well you don't need to. The newer ECU's will automatically adjuct themselves.

Cheers Guys.
Zippy, I was afraid of this. Had been told I'd need Delta Dash to do a reset (funnily enough by someone who sells it!)just didn't fancy the £250 bill as opposed to the 10mins work on me old car.
However, what Miniman said makes sense as the CEL has now gone out - all by itself, and the car is pulling like a train again.
