whats the best type of engine oil to use? is silkolene any good?

I always stick with mobil 1 mate, but a lot on here also use the castrol RS oil, not sure about silkolene for scoobs though, you'd better do a search

Personaly,

Motul 300V 15/50 for the engine (4.5 litres)

and

Castrol Syntrax for the gearbox (3.5 litres)
