The jets I got you can get from a Subaru dealer. I am sure someone will oblige with the part number. They even fit in the intercooler undertray in the designated position, and they spray a wide angle of fine mist.

I can't tell you the part number but surely a Subaru stores can look it up on the computer. I have just had a look at them and cannot find a number. They are black plastic, look different to the screen washer ones and clip into holes in the scoop fairing.

Just had a talk to grade a and they assure me that they sent the right ones.
They did say that if there isn't sufficient power to the jet then it will just shoot in a straight line, so I'll have to get a bigger pump from somewhere.

They are black and square and have holes not slots? is this right?
And as for bottle and pump- scrap yard m8y simply a new water bottle with pump running off my headlight washer wires.
