Hi

I have a My98 STIV4 and have been offered a front mount for a very reasonable price. The question is will I see and benefits from this or not. The car is standard apart from a full BPM exhaust and induction kit. I would like to crank the boost up slightly at a later date

I've been looking into this for some time and have decided to leave it until i have at least 300bhp due to lag, some people say it make's a difference, some say it doesn't. however i ran 57 degrees after the I/C on the rolling road at max power(11 degrees ambient temp) some people i've spoken to seem to get just a few derees above ambient on theirs.... to me that sounds like it would make a big differece, but i'm not doing it yet. Depends on how good the deal is i suppose, but if you get it please tell me how you got on with it.
