Guys
What d'you reckon the max peak/held boost I could run on stock internals? 1.6 peak? 1.3/4 held?

Would I need to run bigger injectors for this level
I am running water inj also?

Ecutek Tek 3 mapped to suit the big boost and most importantly to knock off a few degrees of timing cos the type R already runs on the max ignition timing , Bigger turbo, uprated fuel pump, fuel injectors, fuel regulator, FMIC, full exhaust i.e up pipes down pipes etc, induction kit. If you do all this you will be right, most probably, on stock internals, as others such as JB are running higher boost with the above mods and their engines are still holding together. You could not guarantee for sure that the engine would last though.

Cheers,

Wrexy.

RPM and my suggested manifold boost pressure (bar) based on compressor map, EJ20 and 90% VE. This is just a guide.
3000 1.35
4000 1.4
5000 1.3
6000 1.1
