#1
Im needing to take off the rear drum from my hub so I can swap the hub for a new one. Don't ask why!
Just wondered how to take the drum off. Ive taken the hub nut off but the drum doesnt wanna move.
Any tips would be very useful.

They can be tight.. But if you look at the drum face there are two small threaded holes between the wheel nut holes.. get two bolts the same thread and screw them in evenly.. That will get it moving...
But be careful cos if there is a lip inside the drum then you will most probably pull the shoes of and damage the retaining clips..
So to get round that,, If you look at the back/bottom of the hub there will be a rubber grommet that gives access to the handbrake adjuster.. Use a flat head screw driver to release the shoes and then pull the drum off.. Remember to readjust the hand brake with the new drums fitted.
Hope that helps
