Try www.liquidvac.com. They are in the states and might not like to ship out of the U.S. but you might want to ask him to make un exception. I got him to ship it to a friend in the Armed Forces in Germany (U.S. address). I haven't tried mine yet but it seems of good quality. If you get one let me know how it worked for you.
