How long do/should a set of oe spark plug leads last, as i am thinking of getting a new set as the old ones or looking very old and taty, plus i have got some ignition noise thought one of my speakers, would this indicate that they are starting to break down.

At £30+vat each are the oe ones any good or would you go for some high performance ones.
