Evening guys - I am currently running a HKS SQV BOV on MY93 WRX and have noticed inside the BOV it appears to have a purple insert ?? Now I believe these inserts can be changed for other colours ? which in turn increase / reduce the sound of the BOV ? If this is the case can anyone point me in the right direction for me to source a new insert.

The purple insert gives a deeper, quieter noise, the gold insert is the same as the original but a different colour. I have the standard insert and I'm buying a purple. The standard is a high pitched woosh that is starting to annoy me. Sumopower are excellent for HKS parts, they are on 01795 668899.
