Over Boost/fuel cut

Last weekend i had my first fuel cut because of an over boost, its a mY95 wrx jap import. Im running a prova chip with a full de-cat. I did the de-cat just after christmas and its been running fine up until now, there doesn't seem to be any lose hoses.
Any ideas ??
