Car Wont Start ... please help.

Car is my93 wrx
Running fine until sunday, switched it off, tried to restart it 20mins later turns over, but wouldnt fire up..
Suspected the fuel pump, have just swopped it, and checked theres power - +12v,there is.
Has 1/2 tank fuel in ..
Can anyone offer any suggestions ...
